With more than 15 years of professional experience in the online environment, I help businesses and individuals manage the technical side of their operations and develop e-shops and online projects. I often work with e-shop owners on the Upgates platform, supporting them through changes, migrations, and technical adjustments without unnecessary stress or complications.

My approach combines technical know-how, project management experience, and strategic thinking. This allows me to deliver solutions that make sense both in terms of functionality and long-term sustainability, as well as return on investment.

In practice, this most often includes adjustments to e-shop structure and appearance, usability improvements, transferring or sensitively building on an existing visual style, integration with suppliers and external systems, working with data, and technically connecting individual parts of a solution, including migrations from other platforms.

I do not position myself as a universal specialist, but thanks to my long-term experience and broad overview of the digital landscape, I am able to effectively identify project needs and propose tailored solutions. When it makes sense to involve additional specialists or more complex solutions, I can coordinate their work and place it within the overall project context.
